- 1 large ripe avocado
- 2 heaped tbs raw organic cacao powder
- 2 tbs of raw honey
- 1/2 tsp organic vanilla powder
- pinch of Himalayan salt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- runny almond butter & cacao nibs – to garnish`
Blend all the ingredients together into a smooth mousse. Divide between two bowls and garnish. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until ready to serve. Enjoy!
